Confused about insurance law in CA?

"NO PREMIUMS"I dwell 10 kilometers from the nearest answering Fire Dept and much more than a 1000 foot from the hydrant. Some  insurance  firms wont guarantee it although some demand a whole lot for a quality (2-3 times a stick-built residence within the location) I thought Manufactured homes were under strict HUD Regulations for Fire resistance
I just wish an estimate also the vehicle is not young
